Poland
Poland, past the old squares
Kraków craft cellars, Tatra mountain paths, Wrocław river islands — a country hidden behind the postcard views.
Poland holds much more than its famous market squares show. Kraków’s underground cellars have turned into cosy bars and art spaces tucked below the streets. To the south, the Tatra Mountains keep their own slow rhythm — sharp peaks, wooden huts, and trails cut by shepherds long ago. Wrocław’s many bridges link small river islands into a city built on water and stone. The wooden churches of the south stand quiet in the hills, each one shaped by hands from centuries past. Our team looks for Polish hosts who know these hidden corners — Kraków makers who open their workshops, Tatra guides who know every mountain pass, Wrocław cooks rooted in riverside kitchens, keepers of old forests and salt mines. Frankenbridge is currently building its Poland collection. New boutique tours and genuine local experiences will be added as partners pass our review.
