Booking & Payment
Bookings become binding once payment is completed. Confirmation is sent by email. Refunds follow the cancellation policy of each offer.
Liability
Frankenbridge is responsible only for its own tours. Suppliers are responsible for partner tours. Frankenbridge is not liable for missing documents, delays, or supplier actions.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed under GDPR and shared only to complete bookings. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and images belong to Frankenbridge or partners. Copying is prohibited.
Complaints
Complaints about Frankenbridge tours: info@frankenbridge.com. Complaints about Supplier tours must be sent to the supplier.
